Life Coaching
During a Life Coaching session Patsy will take notes, and ask some questions, but does not direct the conversation. A natural organiser, Patsy is able to sift through all the information presented to her, enabling clients to discover their core dreams and empowering them towards their goals.
She encourages journalling as part of the process of understanding why decisions are made, and to keep a record of improvements as clients begin to make healthy decisions.
At least two, one hour long sessions within a calendar month are suggested (after an initial free introduction), so that both client and coach can process positive changes. Some clients prefer to diary in weekly or monthly sessions. The relationship remains open so that a client can reconnect at any time in the future.
